How to Book

Step 1: Select Your Rental Details

• Choose your preferred Pick-Up Date/Time and Return Date/Time.

Step 2: Choose Your Vehicle

• After selecting your rental dates and times, available car options will be displayed.
• Select your preferred vehicle and click the "Add to Rental Cart" button.

Step 3: Review Your Rental Cart Booking

• Add any Additional Services to your booking, such as:
  • Premium Insurance: WST$40 per day to reduce liability to WST$0.
  • Faleolo Airport Arrival/Departure Transfer: WST$100 each way.
  • Samoan Temporary Driver's License: WST$30 per driver.
• Review your selected services and click "Finalize Order" to proceed.

Step 4: Fill in Your Booking Details

• Complete the required fields for the booking, including renter and driver details.
• Read and agree to the Rental Terms and Conditions.
• Click "Continue to Payment" to finalize your booking.

Step 5: Complete Your Payment

• Enter your payment details on the secure checkout page. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• A refundable security deposit will be authorized and processed on your card on the day of pick-up.

Step 6: Booking Confirmation

• Once payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.
• We will contact you to confirm any additional fees (e.g., for custom pick-up/drop-off locations).
